Shipping and Delivery
When placing an order online, you will received an email confirmation after we have received and processed your payment in full.
Please expect your package within 3-7 business days with Standard Shipping.
Please contact our member service team if you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your tracking number. (not including weekend and national holidays) Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient. Rosaffron does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it, please contact us at Tea@rosaffron.com immediately. You must contact us as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order.
Return & Exchange PolicyIf you wish to cancel your order, please contact us the same day that you placed an order and notify us as soon as possible to ensure that we have not shipped it. All cancellation must be email to Tea@rosaffron.com
To return a product for an exchange or full refund, simply contact us through email. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product.
Return must be in original condition, unopened and unused.
The receipt or invoice must be provided.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 7-10 business days to credit your refund.
We will accept exchange if you received damage or an item is missing, with proof of product picture at the time of delivery.
